This is such a wonderful place. The ambiance is very relaxed and comfortable. The folks that work there are sweet and welcoming. And the bingsu are excellent. We had the pandan and the passionfruit, and the texture was delightful and the flavors were bright and very delicious. This is a hidden gem, and my favorite place I visited during two weeks in Hanoi.

Today had a chance to dropped by for some coffee. Saw on tiktok/fb recently. I had banana bread and salted coffee. Woooow been in Hà Nội for 1 month and I would say this place coffee is so rich and flavour. So delicious . Banana bread is very yummy too. Definitely would drop by again before heading home. Lovely small coffee/wine/bar shop with cozy atmosphere. Run by special people who have hearing disability but that doesn’t make my drinks and desserts less tasty. Please come and support them. Note that as I said they are deaf so please point out your order from a menu or try to write it down. Spreading kindness.

This cafe has a special meaning as all the staff are called “Flowers”. It focuses on creating a safe and creative working environment for people with disabilities, especially those with hearing impairments. Flow-ee also has a unique design with curved lines, symbolizing the difficulties and achievements of people with disabilities. Decor is spectacular and charming near the old square. Especially they have an area to stick your wishes. On Wednesday evening they also have a class to instruct people to learn the deaf’s language. If you visit this cafe, the best way is to point out the drink in menu or write it down to order it. The day we visited here, they offered us a plate of lychees for free. It was so kind of them. Yes, we will comeback more.

We ordered a shaved ice to share and got a drink (iced salted coffee and egg coffee) for each of us. Portion is great and the shaved ice and drinks are delicious. It was a really wonderful environment for such hot weather.

The jujube tea is so delicious! Nice vibe, great service, will come back for this drink WiFi is good, there are outlets, great for working!

cozy decoration, meaningful business for Vietnamese Deaf people. I learnt Vietnamese sign language and found out that Deaf people are hard to comunicate with Hearing people with that language. It limits most of them to get a high pay job and responsibility for an important role in social. Hope in the future Vietnam's community will raise more awareness and Deaf people will be treat fair P/s: cakes & drinks are fresh n tasty. no plastic cups, straws, spoons. omg I love this coffee shop
